What are the luggage limits for crossing the land border from Hong Kong to Shenzhen at the Lo Wu MTR subway station? I have previously been to the Lo Wu MTR station on the Hong Kong side but never cross over into Zhenzhen. However, I noticed that Hong Kong Police were enforcing luggage limits, but I cannot find anything online that tells me what the luggage limits are. Can somebody please advise?

I (USA citizen) have a job offer in Hong Kong and my partner (South African citizen), in Shenzhen. Would it be possible for us to travel to see each on the weekends without filling up our passports? Would it be realistic? Thanks!

When did they start requiring all passengers to dismount from cross border limousines at Shenzhen Bay China Customs, take their luggage by hand & get screened in the Customs building? This is a real hassle & can be very difficult for some passengers. It used to be that they just selected around 10% of vehicles at random & screened them. Someone said that it all started 1st January this year. Is this correct? Do you think it will be the same at the Zhuhai Bridge? If so, it will total chaos. So much for the Greater Bay Area & more integration!
